LISA GARLAND
[livejournal.com profile] notmytomorrow

Lisa was the first person that Mulan talked to when she arrived in Death City. Since Lisa is a high educated young woman, and one with valiant goals Mulan can't help but be a little in awe of her, and despite not knowing her all that well holds a great deal of admiration for her.

She met Lisa face to face on the day of the festival, and said admiration only grew. She learned a little bit of how things improve in the future, and how the education system works which gives her a bit of hope.

Lisa is someone Mulan would like to talk to more.

CHINA/YAO WONG [SHENG]

CHINA / YAO WONG [Sheng]
[livejournal.com profile] closedmarket

Wow. Where to even begin? China is...well China. As Mulan see it, the spirit of her country, and unlike other muses I can mention she didn't have much trouble believing it. They first talked over the network when she first arrived, and while the conversation ended unfortunately, thanks to Souji they were able to patch things up a little.

While they haven't interacted too much, the fact that he is China is enough for Mulan to regard him incredibly high. She refers to him as sheng which means holy or sacred, but she also plans to protect and serve him however much she can, just as she did for her country when she was back home. She is, however, equally curious about Yao Wong.

Which means China will probably have Mulan tagging after him. A lot. They talked briefly during the festival.

SETA SOUJI

Souji has been incredibly helpful first in providing Mulan with information about Death City, and second in helping her and China meet so that they could discuss the issues of the time period she is from.

Aside that she hasn't had much interaction with him, but she is very grateful for this and does plan to make up for it.

YAO LING [PRINCE YAO]

YAO LING [Prince Yao]
[livejournal.com profile] for_xing

A fellow Chinse! Well. Sorta. Ling is from Xing which seems to have some distant relationship not only in culture but language as well. Mulan finds it very interesting. He is also a Prince which is a fact she is always aware of, and so she always treats him with the distance and respect that is expected between people of such class differences.

He was another whom she spoke with upon first arriving. They also met up while at the festival and since Mulan did not immediately recognize his voice she was able to talk quite casually with him. Of course once she realized who she was talking to she had a bit of an internal freakout and her attitude towards him took a 180.

The two of them made a truce. Mulan understands Ling's hesitation to join Shibusen, but she has signed the contract and promised to keep him updated with inside information.

They only spoke once. No opinions have been made yet except that Yuffie dresses very strangely, even more so for a woman. (That is diplomatic speak for "DSFNOIH WHY ARE YOU SHOWING SO MUCH SKIN?!")

Mistook him for a God. Oops. Probably won't talked to him till she gets over her embarrassment. Which could take a while.

TEISEL BONNE

Talked to him when he first arrived. She...really doesn't know what to think of him. He's kind of loud, and she sorta let herself get pushed around by him but she doesn't dislike him or quite think he's bad. In a way he reminds her of Yao so maybe that's why she doesn't seem to notice? Who knows.
